The oils were sumptuous and 100% organic; they agreed with my complexion completely. What amazed me was how out for the count I was: the therapist employed such lightness of touch that I was rarely woke.

Not only a great treatment for the mind but beneficial if the treatment is done more often. My therapist advised me on returning a month before delivery of the baby, as she noticed a lot of fluid retention and aimed to prevent blood clots from forming. The care by my therapist, the location being within close proximity to Charring Cross Tube Station and the Zen-like sanctuary makes Thai Square Spa a haven that we’re sure to return to for our next maternity pampering treatment. Lady Sarah's London

Secretly, I still prefer shoes, but perhaps we should all take Rosie’s advice and try this legendary foot treatment at the Thai Square Spa located just off Trafalgar Square, right in the heart of our beloved London. Post party shoe shopping, I had a quick look at the SPA. Admittedly, it looked tempting! A brisk walk from Bond Street, this is the perfect venue to recover from the exhaustion of those intensive Christmas shopping sprees. A lot of body tension is held on the feet so a good foot massage is a very effective means of eliminating some of that tension. If you are not into foot massage, (you don’t know what you are missing!) the menu at the spa is quite extensive, with lots of destress themed packages, plus the place looks beautiful and tranquil, – very much worth a try, especially if you have been feeling the effects of London life. Bespoke Black Book

The hour long Thai traditional massage was fabulous. My friendly and experienced masseuse washed my feet with warm water and salts before I placed my head on the comfortable massage table. The Thai massage feels one of a kind as they focus on your back’s pressure points, using both hard and soft pressure to make you feel relaxed and stretched whilst pressing deep enough to get the knots out. I felt relaxed and energized at the same time. As I placed my slippers on after the massage, I went to view the intimate golden bubbling Jacuzzi with steam room which still has the feel of a rustic Turkish bathhouse. Read More
